A $100.00 deposit will reserve an apartment for you during the approval process.

Your deposit is refundable if: A) You cancel within 72 hours from the date you reserved the apartment home. OR B) In the event that your application is denied. With the exception of these two reasons, your deposit will be applied to the re-keying of the apartment home locks.
